Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot.

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Weather-related outdoor sessions may be rescheduled if needed.

Arrival Time & Late Fee
Please arrive on time. There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, a late fee of $25 applies for every 15 minutes, and your session still ends at the scheduled time. Arriving 30 minutes or more late counts as a no-show: the session is cancelled and the deposit is kept.

Photo Delivery
Edited photos will be delivered digitally within the discussed turnaround time. Raw/unedited photos are not included unless agreed upon beforehand.

Copyright
Henrique Visuals owns the copyright to all images. Booking a session does not transfer copyright. You may print and share your photos for personal use (please tag @henriquevisualsmaine), but not sell them or use them for business without written permission.

Usage
Henrique Visuals may use photos for portfolio, website, social media and promotion.

Privacy Option
If you’d like your photos kept off social media and my portfolio, the privacy fee equals your session price. It must be selected and paid before your shoot. Requests made after the shoot are subject to the same fee.
